Supporting NEET young people in island contexts
Dr. Rosie Alexander har 20 års erfaring i karrierevejledning i udkants- og ø-samfund. Hun arbejder som forsker i karrierelæring og vejledning i småsamfund og er p.t. tilknyttet Aarhus Universitet. Hendes foredrag tager udgangspunkt i karriere- og arbejdsmuligheder i ø-samfund og hvilke typer af tilgange fungerer i disse samfund. Rosie Alexander spørger, hvorfor det er vigtigt at støtte NEET-unge i ø-kontekster, udfordringer og muligheder foruden god praksis i forbindelse med at støtte NEET-unge i ø-samfund.
