#sponsored A company that created its own demand 11 years ago, founded with zero reais in the kitchen of a humble home on the outskirts of a city in Rio Grande do Sul. This is the summary of the story of V4 Company, today the largest digital marketing consultancy in Brazil, with over 5,500 clients and 230 offices throughout Brazil. For the founder, the secret of the business is decentralized management, which allows for economies of scale. "We sign around 700 new contracts per month and there's still room to grow," says Dener Lippert, CEO of V4 Company, in another XP Empresas Zero to the Top Special.
