[email protected] READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENT 1. Article 26, point 3, paragraph 3 "The driver of a vehicle is prohibited from driving along a sidewalk or pedestrian crossing." Road signs aren't placed on sidewalks because they're sidewalks. There's no road sign prohibiting riding along the sidewalk because... they're sidewalks. The prohibition on riding along sidewalks and pedestrian crossings is enshrined in the Road Traffic Act (above). 2. Pursuant to Article 47 of the Road Traffic Act, it's prohibited to park on sidewalks away from the edge of the roadway. Away from the edge, i.e., behind posts, lawns, trees, or other vehicles. 3. We report most of the presented recordings to the police. 4. We don't plan to apply punitive stickers to windows, partly due to the legal issues involved. 5. License plates are not personal data. Therefore, we don't censor them. 6. It doesn't matter that it's wide enough to accommodate "three strollers and three trucks." Sidewalks aren't designed to accommodate cars. Cars deform the paving stones, and the paving slabs crack and shift. Taxpayers later foot the bill for repairs. 7. Yes, we call the Municipal Police if we encounter illegal parking. 8. We're not interested in any formal legal nuances, disputes, quarrels, lack of parking spaces, or the fact that someone is in a hurry because everyone else is, or that "everyone does it" because everyone doesn't. 9. We know that cycling on the sidewalk or pedestrians crossing in prohibited areas is also a problem, but we're not currently addressing it.
