I am currently working to create a harmonious cycle between the environment, people, and mind and body by incorporating natural therapies into my life using herbs, medicinal plants, and plants found around me, and further utilizing them in my treatments. My mother has been growing vegetables organically (almost hands-off farming) for about 40 years. While supporting her, I enjoy the garden by pulling weeds, gathering wild plants, planting rare seeds, and pulling more weeds in the corner of the field.
