Our sport almost always takes place in exciting locations. There are vibrant colors and fantastic subjects. If you want to capture these impressions in real life, you need some technical assistance. Certain shots can be taken entirely on your own with a GoPro or an Insta360, or you can have someone film you on the shore with a telephoto lens like the Canon EOS 7R and the Canon 100-500mm lens, or you can be filmed by a drone like the DJI Mini or even autonomously by the Hover Air Aqua. With all these devices, it's less about their technical specifications and more about perspective and, above all, sunlight. If the sun isn't shining, all recording devices show significant weaknesses, but as soon as you're somewhere in the south, the colors are twice as vibrant :-) Sunlight is therefore very important for great shots. Cell phone photos are good for overview shots, but not so much for telephoto shots, as they tend to be too pixelated. Do you record yourselves? What are your tips? I think proximity is also important. Flying the drone extremely close or taking detailed shots with the camera makes it much cooler. Any other tips?
