SUCCULENT GARDEN TOUR / TREE ALOES / ALOIDENDRON BARBERAE/ LOVE OF PLANTS 🌻

Hi folks, This video features three young tree aloes, Aloidendron barberae, one of the largest succulents on earth. The plants shown here are growing in two narrow beds adjacent to the entryway to Cordova Nursery in coastal Southern California. These plants get full sun year round and minimal irrigation. Here are the names of the species mentioned in order of appearance ~ Brugmansia, aka angels trumpets / Aloe cameronii with deep red leaves / Epidendrum radicans, aka reed-stem orchids / Aeonium ‘sunburst’ / Euphorbia tirucalli ‘firesticks’ / Opuntia cactus infested with Cochineal scale / Fucrea medio-picta / medusoid Euphorbia / Aloe plicatilis, now named Kumara p. / Cotyledon / Aloe ferox, in bloom / Crassula ovata, aka jade plant , in bloom / Portulacaria afra / Agave attenuata, aka foxtail agave, in bloom.
