10-Year-Old DIORAMA! Verlinden Plaster Building + AFV Club PaK 40 (1/35 Scale)

Hey modelers, welcome back to the channel! Today, we're taking a trip down memory lane with a true throwback build I completed over 10 years ago—a custom 1/35 scale WWII diorama. This project was a unique challenge, featuring three key components: 1. The Building: The centerpiece is a vintage Verlinden Productions plaster building facade. I took this classic piece and heavily modified it with damage, texture, and custom detailing to create a truly battle-worn urban ruin. 2. The Gun: The diorama features an AFV Club 7.5 cm PaK 40 anti-tank gun, which was a fantastic kit to build. I focused on making the gun look heavily used and detailed for an ambush setting. 3. The Crew: The scene is brought to life by two converted Dragon figures. I show the process of modifying these older figures to get the perfect pose and uniform for the scene.
