Episode 93 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Medicinal Benefits of Indian Gooseberry ( Amla/Awla ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ In last episode we saw Pooja harvested the fresh Indian Gooseberry ( Amla/Awla ) and prepared many of the popular dishes from it. In this episode we'll see the medicinal benefits of Gooseberries. There are many healthy preparations made from amla those are medicinally helpful. Today Pooja will prepare Amla Hair Oil, Amla Powder, Amla Supari ( Awla Supari ), Awla Mukhvas, Morvala ( Amla Murabba ) and Amla Hair pack. Every one of these have health benefits and can cure many health promblems. E.g. Amla Oil reduces gray hair, stimulates hair growth, stops hair loss and dandruff. Amla Powder improves hair and skin health. It is an immunity booster, it improves digestion and a natural blood purifier. Moravala or Amla Murabba Improves immunity, helps in weight management, prevents viral infection and it is also a blood purifier. Awala Supari and Mukhvas prevents constipation, improves digestion, helps in nausea and both are rich in Vitamin C. Few of these recipes take 5-6 days to get prepared.
