Mahindra BE 6E, XEV 9e Electric SUVs - Tata in Trouble!
Mahindra's all-new electric-origin SUVs - BE 6e and XEV 9e finally made its debut in India on November 26 ahead of its launch in January 2025. The company also announced the prices of both the electric SUV's base trims. Whereas the 59kWh BE 6e starts at Rs 18.90 lacs, the XEV 9e has a starting price tag of Rs 21.90 lacs. The WLTP claimed range for the 79kWH battery pack is over 500Kms. And we expect the 59kWh battery pack variants to offer a range of around 300-350 in real world. Upon launch the BE 6e will take on the likes of Tata Curvv EV and upcoming Suzuki e-Vitara & Hyundai Creta electric. Note - The vehicles were provided to us by Mahindra & Mahindra at its testing facility in Chennai.
