50年の歴史＆メニューまとめたフォトブックも！　レストランなど１８店舗展開「牛右衛門」50周年記念祝賀会

A celebration commemorating the 50th anniversary of Ushiemon, a restaurant chain primarily operating in Nagasaki Prefecture, was held in Sasebo City on the evening of June 5th. Over 100 people attended the celebration to mark this milestone. Ushiemon, which operates 18 restaurants specializing in meat dishes and Japanese cuisine mainly in Nagasaki Prefecture, was founded in Sasebo City in 1976. At the celebration, the company looked back on its 50-year history through nostalgic photographs and conveyed its aspirations. Ushiemon President Daisuke Nakamura stated, "Thanks to everyone's support, Ushiemon has reached its 50th anniversary. We will further evolve the new Ushiemon and soar into the next era." In the future, a photobook compiling the 50-year history and menu will be sold, with a portion of the proceeds donated to organizations such as the Nagasaki Prefectural Scholarship Foundation.
