Was Castlevania 2 Really That Bad? Well...
Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest is a notorious game in the NES library, primarily because the AVGN's first episode was all about tearing the game to shreds. It's legacy is equally wrapped up both that, and for it being a forefather of the Metroidvania genre.
