Qualified P1 in a PRO KART RACE!! They DISQUALIFIED ME....

This weekend we headed to Callahan Speedway for Round 2 of the Florida Kart Series, where some of the best dirt kart racers in the state come to battle it out. We had a fast kart all day. Qualified up front in multiple classes and even put our kart on the pole in one of the pro classes. But things got interesting… After one of the qualifying sessions I got disqualified for fuel, when the tech officials said it didn’t match their fuel sample. After swapping fuel and going back out, we still managed to qualify on the pole for the pro race and stayed competitive all night. We ended up with a couple class wins and some solid top 5 finishes, but we might have missed the tire a little when it came time for the big races. Overall it was a great weekend of racing with a lot of speed, a little controversy, and some good battles on the track.
