Mexican Fried Ice Cream Balls Recipe:  1⁄2 cup butter  1 cup brown sugar  4 cups Honey Bunches of Oats  1⁄2 gallon vanilla ice cream  1 jar hot fudge sauce In a small saucepan, bring 1 cube butter and 1 cup brown sugar to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. In a large mixing bowl, pour mixture over 4 cups of Honey Bunches of Oats and mix to coat cereal. Spread mixture to cool on sheet of aluminum foil, or parchment paper. Once cooled, break apart.
