Perform calculations related to constant acceleration motion in one dimension. 11.1.4.3. Analyze the motion of falling objects in an environment where air resistance is neglected. For objects that are initially released from a state of no velocity, equations of motion, position-time, velocity-time, and acceleration-time graphs are given to facilitate mathematical calculations. 11.1.4.4. Analyze the variables on which the air resistance force acting on falling objects depends. Students are encouraged to determine the variables by conducting experiments or using simulations. 11.1.4.5. Explain the concept of limiting speed. a) The concept of limiting speed is explained with examples from daily life (raindrops not hurting us, etc.). b) The mathematical model of limiting speed is given. Mathematical calculations are not included. 11.1.4.6. Analyze the motion of objects with initial velocity and constant acceleration in the vertical direction. Mathematical calculations are provided by providing the equations of motion of a projectile, position-time, velocity-time, and acceleration-time graphs in the vertical direction (top-down and bottom-up).
