Here's another video from our channel! In this video, I discuss the creation of structures and processes for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention for autism (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I talk about tips involving the structuring of a clinic and, therefore, entrepreneurship. We know that ABA is the main way to achieve independence, autonomy, quality of life, and well-being for the patient. So, why not structure Applied Behavior Analysis in an optimized way? I will talk about business issues such as creating an organizational chart, a flowchart, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Watch the video and try to benefit from the knowledge presented there; your patients who are on the autism spectrum will certainly benefit from these structures and processes, and the therapy will be optimized.
