Whistler 2026 | Best Trails of Whistler Mountain Bike Park

We are so back!!! Riding the BEST trails in Whistler Mountain Bike Park with the kids in 2026. This wasn't technically "Whismas" (opening weekend), but we had great weather second weekend of operation. While much of the Fitz zone remains unchanged, however the tech section of A Line has been replaced by berms. We didn't ask, but guess this change could be intended to avoid injury, avoid pile-ups and allow more throughput, or permit adaptive MTB - not sure! The Garbanzo and Creekside Zones will open later in the season - we can't wait! Conditions were amazing, perhaps even a bit dry for May. We've often had very wet conditions at this time of year. This time we had three days of perfect conditions May 22-24 before rain came on the 25th. We don't mind riding in the rain, but were tired from three big days. Nory (17yo) and Elo (15yo) race with 9POINT8 Racing with Commencal USA, Samox Cranks, Deity Components, Maxxis Tires, Crankbrothers, Fram Brews, and Culture Shock. They've completed several Monster Energy Pro Downhill series and NWCup races -- with more racing coming soon!
