2000 Danish documentary about a political and non-religious cult called Tvind. We're working on English subtitles for this programme. Tvind originated in Denmark circa 1970. For decades it has operated under the guise of teaching, and helping the Third World. But behind the façade is an extreme political movement, financed by an unsuspecting public via individual donations of cash and clothing collected on the streets of European and American cities. Tvind is also accused of taking millions of donated dollars from government, corporate and philanthropic sources around the globe, and passing the funds into its own secret offshore accounts. Five Tvind leaders are fugitives wanted by the judicial authorities of Denmark for serious financial crimes.
