The company launches the North American premiere of Christopher Wheeldon's "Like Water for Chocolate," based on the novel by Laura Esquivel. Though she wasn't in her current role when that ballet was commissioned, Jaffe talks about the ballet, combining classic repertoire with new works, the challenges of revising classic works and where she would like to take the company in the years ahead.
