There's a camera on every corner watching you, and artificial intelligence helps determine who you are, what you're doing, and how you move... all in real time. We're in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and this is the most heavily monitored city in all of Europe. Serbia received this technology from China to monitor its streets and its citizens. Today we're going to walk the streets of Belgrade to see what this country is like, what it feels like to be under surveillance, and why Serbia wants to keep its streets and its citizens under such close control.
