Cars Hi-Octane Edition: Additional Opponents on Guido Kart

Simply put i added Mia, Tia, DJ, and Fred (tho i added him last minute) to Guido Kart races. Also, i don't know if it's me, but it did seemed Guido physics were upgraded compare to the 1.9.2.3 version. He's still the slowest at top speed in normal races even tho those physics were only meant for Guido Kart. I will do another recording related to Guido in a normal race with the physics that comes with the 2.0 update. Credits: Code and Itsmeft for the Hi-Octane 2.0 update.
