One killed in Busia-Bugiri highway accident
A motor cycle rider has been knocked dead by a speeding truck that was headed to Kampala from Kenya, at Shamitumba, about 3 kilometres from Busia town along the Busia-Bugiri highway. The deceased has been identified as Brian Ngolobe a resident of Buhumi village in Bulumbi. Patrick Lule, the Officer in Charge of Busia station says the driver of the truck Reg number UBE 786E, identified as Moses Ntare is currently on the run.
