[English Below] ថ្ងៃនេះគឺជាថ្ងៃដ៏មានអត្ថន័យ និងជាមោទនភាពដ៏ធំធេងសម្រាប់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាសម្រាប់សមាគមកាយប្ញទ្ធិនារីកម្ពុជា ដែលយើងបានជួបជុំគ្នានៅលើទឹកដីសៀមរាបអង្គរ ដើម្បីបើកជាផ្លូវការនូវមហាសន្និបាតពិភពលោកលើកទី៣៩ របស់ WAGGGS និងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤២ របស់សមាគម Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ។ នាងខ្ញុំសូមសម្តែងនូវការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតជូន សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ដែលបានផ្តល់កិត្តិយសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកមហាសន្និបាតកាយឫទ្ធិនារីពិភពលោកលើកទី៣៩ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤២ របស់សហគមន៍ OB-PS នាព្រឹកនេះ។ វត្តមានដ៏ឧត្តុង្គឧត្តមរបស់ សម្តេចបវរធិបតី បានធ្វើឱ្យពិធីនេះកាន់តែមានអត្ថន័យ និងតម្លៃកើនទ្វេឡើង ហើយក៏បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ស្ត្រី យុវតី រួមទាំងកុមារី និងការគាំទ្រដល់ការចូលរួមរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការកសាងសង្គម និងអនាគតជាតិ។ Today is a meaningful day and a great source of pride for the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as for the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia, as we gather here on the land of Siem Reap Angkor to officially open the 39th WAGGGS World Conference and the 42nd Annual Meeting of The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) 2026. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, for the great honor of presiding over the Opening Ceremony of the 39th WAGGGS World Conference and the 42nd Annual Meeting of OB-PS this morning. The distinguished presence of Samdech Borvor Thipadei gives this ceremony even greater significance and dignity.
