USELESS Setup! OTIS Series 2 Traction Elevators - City Tower - Modesto, CA

[Recorded 3-30-22] I'm not sure what they were going for here. If their goal was the dedicate each car to only serve the floors specified on their giant signage, they failed miserably! They have a massive elevator directory in the lobby that states which floors each elevator serves and doesn't serve. Both cars are labeled separately as well. The only issue is, they run on the same controller...and each car serves every floor??? What even is the point of all of this? Anyway, these are nice elevators. They originally had the "sticky buttons" but most of them were replaced.
