Chasing Iran's frozen Giant| A Family Hike to Khur Waterfall

Some adventures don't require a whole weekend. In this episode, we leave home before sunrise and drive along Iran's legendary Chalus Road in our Nissan Patrol, heading toward Khur Village and one of the country's most remarkable waterfalls. Standing around 50 meters high, Khur Waterfall is among Iran's tallest waterfalls. During winter, the entire waterfall freezes into a giant column of ice, attracting ice climbers from across the country. Our relaxed 1.5-hour hike takes us through the valley to the falls, where we enjoy a simple mountain breakfast—fresh omelet cooked beside the water. Along the way, we meet a team practicing ice-climbing techniques and spend time exploring this unique natural landmark before heading back home in time for lunch. Join us as we share family adventures, mountain trails, road trips, and many more...
