Its aggressive geometry with super short 430mm chain stays, long reach, and slack head angle of 65.3° makes the new Merida ONE-SIXTY an uncompromising ‘full throttle’ Enduro machine. The ‘Float Link’ suspension set up delivers a bit more rear travel than the model name suggests, and delivers efficient pedalling with great mid-stroke support. Paired with a 170mm fork this is a chassis worthy of the highest accolade. This model, the One-Sixty 800 is an alloy framed version is kitted out with a build from Rockshox, Sram and Avid. The 170 Yari RC fork is strong enough to handle almost any abuse you can throw at it and the Super Deluxe rear shock will keep the back end under control.
