Our Bintan Baby Moon at The Sanchaya

Where do you go if you want some fun, sun and sea in an urban jungle like Singapore? Locals know the answer, and it’s Indonesia! Sounds far away right? But in truth, Bintan island is only a 40 minute ferry ride away—perfect for the third trimester buntissi or loved one in your life who craves a proper vacay but would rather keep travel time short and sweet. Sanchaya means “collection” in Sanskrit, which refers to the various artifacts and art pieces incorporated into various spaces of this well-curated, stunningly tranquil oasis, but I believe it also sums up the act of “collecting” cherished memories, unique experiences, and and rejuvenating energy throughout one’s stay. A massive thank you to Greg, Nawa and the delightful team of artisans at The Sanchaya for ensuring we had an exceptionally marvelous #babymoon and anniversary trip all rolled into one!
