After that, you'll begin the workout with 12 solid minutes on the Brrrn Board, using a variety of the Six Essential Slides, including Tall Slides, Sprinter Slides, and Taps. After that first round, you'll transition to the floor for 5 minutes of bodyweight-only core work before returning to the Brrrn Board for the remainder of class. Be sure to bring a towel because this class is sure to make you sweat!
