Years ago, I created one of my very first 3D sculpted cakes - a koi fish pond design that pushed my skills at the time. Now, I decided to completely reimagine it as a gravity-defying cake illusion and take the concept even further. In this video, I compare the original koi fish cake to the upgraded floating version and share how I transformed a simple 3D cake design into a dramatic gravity-defying showpiece with movement, structure, and edible art techniques.
