Scale FREE FLIGHT Action (BMFA NATS 2017) [*UltraHD and 4K*] Hundreds of hours are invested in building this super light micro free flight models to compete in this evening event at the BMFA Nationals. The models must fly for at least 20 seconds to achieve a scoring flight. Scoring flights are marked out of 10 by two judges for realism for the: Initial climb, cruise, transition to descent, and approach. The scores are then multiplied by K factors: 10 each for the climb and descent, 5 for the transition and 20 for the cruise. Additionally, a total of 40 marks are awarded for realism and complexity. This gives a total out of 490 from each judge, making 960 marks available for each flight. The best two flights count to make up the leader board.
