This is Ray, a German Shepherd. She's a female German Shepherd born on May 27, 2024, a trainable type. Ray is always very excited at the dog park, but she's actually quite a mischievous girl. We regularly train her with a ball so that she understands commands even from behind, and we utilize this in the dog park as well. We stop her with a "stay!" the moment she starts running, and we use "stay" to control her behavior during playtime with other dogs to prevent it from getting too intense. This time, despite these restraints, there was a moment where Ray learned through interaction with another dog, rather than through her owner's correction. The other dog was considerably older, and its teaching style was quite strict. Ray seemed shocked, and acted strangely for a while. However, she quickly recovered and repeated the same behavior, only to be scolded again.
