Danar Widianto Releases New Single "Tak Bisa Pulang Tahun Ini," an Honest Story of a Traveler. Singer-songwriter Danar Widianto released his latest single, "Tak Bisa Pulang Tahun Ini," on March 20th across all digital platforms. This folk-themed song was also released alongside an official music video on the official HITS Records YouTube channel. "Tak Bisa Pulang Tahun Ini" tells the inner struggle of a traveler who longs to return to his hometown, but is haunted by fear because he feels he hasn't achieved anything to be proud of. The song was inspired by Danar's personal experience, often feeling hesitant to return home every year. "It's not that I forgot to go home or didn't want to go home, but sometimes going home is the scariest thing for those who don't feel worthy yet," said Danar Widianto. As the writer and producer of this song, Danar wants to convey the message that even though parents, especially mothers, never demand anything from their children, a child still has a strong desire to make them proud. Danar Widianto is known as the second runner-up of X Factor Indonesia Season 3. He previously released songs such as "Dulu," "Perjalanan" (the soundtrack for the film OTT Kereta), and "Manusia Istimewa," which were widely received by listeners for their relatable lyrics. He also wrote several songs that he has experienced in real life.
