Den Burg, Texel just before total lockdown

Den Burg is the 'capital' of the Dutch island Texel. It is home to almost half of the circa 14,000 inhabitants So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that during the summer and public holidays this is a vibrant village. I walked the main shopping street in december 2020. Because of the covid-19 situation, there are hardly any visitors. Restaurants are closed, but shops are still open. Three days a after this video was recorded a full lockdown was announced, closing down all the non-vital shops for several weeks. So .. please walk with me now we still can.
