Ismael Saibari Ben El Basra (born January 28, 2001) is a professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or right winger for PSV Eindhoven and the Morocco national team. Born in Terrassa, Spain, to Moroccan parents, Saibari moved to Belgium at a young age, where he developed his football skills through various youth academies. Early Life and Youth Career Saibari began his football journey at Santa Terrassa CD in Spain before relocating to Belgium in 2007. There, he progressed through the youth systems of KVC Willebroek-Meerhof, K Beerschot VA, RSC Anderlecht, K.V. Mechelen, and KRC Genk. At Genk, he signed his first professional contract and participated in the UEFA Youth League during the 2019–2020 season. Club Career In 2020, Saibari joined PSV Eindhoven, initially playing for Jong PSV, the club's reserve team. He made his professional debut in the Eerste Divisie and, under coach Ruud van Nistelrooy, gradually integrated into the first team. His Eredivisie debut came in November 2020 against ADO Den Haag.
