Les Mines Finale Grande Ep. 2: Und täglich grüßt die Dunkelheit

Es ging bei dieser Tour mal wieder für ein verrücktes Wochenende in unser Nachbarland nach Frankreich und wie immer bei "Les Mines" war auch der Kollege JS Black wieder mit am Start. Zusätzliche Unterstützung erhielten wir bei dieser Lost Place Tour von der Forest Witch. Vor uns lagen drei spannende dunkle Locations, knappe 30 Kilometer Untertage Fußmarsch und natürlich ganz viel Spiel, Spaß und Spannung. Neben zwei verlassenen Bergwerken mit etlichen Relikten ging es ebenfalls zu einer ehemaligen Untertageverlagerung aus Zeiten des 2.Weltkrieges. Die gesamte Tour ist in 3 Episoden aufgeteilt und ich wünsche viel Spaß bei unseren kleinen Erkundungen. In der zweiten Episode von Les Mines: Finale Grande geht es in eine ehemalige und recht bekannte Untertageverlagerung. Als die Luftangriffe auf Deutschland immer weiter zunahmen wurden weite Teile der Rüstungsproduktion tief unter die Erde verlagert und an diesem früher streng geheimen Standort sollte Flüssiggas für die V2 Rakete hergestellt werden. Nach Kriegsende wurde die Anlage entkernt und ist seitdem verlassen. In der etwas näheren Vergangenheit kam es in einem Bereich der Anlage zu einem Brand wodurch sich die Luftwerte insgesamt verschlechtert haben. This tour took us once again for a crazy weekend to our neighboring country France, and as always with 'Les Mines,' our colleague JS Black was also on board. On this Lost Place tour, we also received additional support from the Forest Witch. Ahead of us were three exciting dark locations, nearly 30 kilometers of underground walking, and of course lots of play, fun, and excitement. In addition to two abandoned mines with numerous relics, we also went to a former underground relocation site from the times of World War II. The tour is divided into 3 episodes, and I wish you lots of fun with our little explorations. In the second episode of Les Mines: Finale Grande, we go to a former and quite well-known underground facility. As air raids on Germany increased, large parts of armaments production were relocated deep underground, and at this previously strictly secret site, liquid gas was to be produced for the V2 rocket. After the end of the war, the facility was stripped and has been abandoned ever since.
