The layout is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The house features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a hallway, and a bathroom. The public and private areas are cleverly separated, so relaxation in the bedrooms is not disturbed by the noise of family evenings or get-togethers with friends. Almost half of the common space is dedicated to the kitchen-living room. Thanks to two large windows facing opposite sides of the house, the room is filled with natural light throughout the day. The hallway connects all the rooms, and the compact layout of the kitchen and bathroom allowed for shorter utility lines, making the house not only comfortable but also more economical to operate.
