The InShane Magic Proposal

Shane the magician and his girlfriend, Erin, are a couple in Colorado that love to surprise one another. So In December of 2016, Erin’s “Big Christmas Gift” to Shane was tickets to his very own magic show, which she titled, “The InShane Magic Show.” See, Shane has been performing magic since he was young, and has always wanted to perform a full length magic show for his friends and family. So, as a gift of encouragement, she would help him plan the performance from start to finish. Little did she know, Shane was already planning a magic show 8 months prior, and was planning to cap the magical night by proposing to her. Suddenly it occurred to him that this could work in his favor, because now Erin could personally invite her own friends, family, and coworkers to the magic show that she believed was her idea, even though it was Shane's idea all along. What made this even more magical was that essentially Erin was planning her own proposal without even knowing it! Even during the interviews at the beginning of this video, Shane was still acting like it was all her idea. Little did she know... Over 220 people made their way through a Colorado springtime snow storm for the performance, and Erin had no idea that she would be getting engaged in front of them all. At the end of "The InShane Magic Show," Shane made his way off stage and received a standing ovation. As the crowed chanted, "one more trick," he came back out, thanked multiple people that helped, and then brought Erin on stage to thank her for making the whole night possible. To dilute her assumptions even further, he had the crowed sing her happy birthday as it was her birthday the night before - a valid reason for her to be on stage. The rest can be seen in the video, but Shane would like to note that this was his best trick yet, because the best part was magically turning a girlfriend into a fiancé!
