China rail project in Malaysia transferring skills, technology.
In Malaysia, the coutnry’s biggest ever infrastructure project, the China-built, East Coast Rail Link is set to begin operations at the start of next year – on time, despite a host of setbacks and challenges. As Rian Maelzer (PRON. RYAN MELT-zer) reports from Kuala Lumpur, China is transferring both skills and technology.
