Cardinal Pizzaballa: Two-state solution to end Israel-Hamas war is now 'unrealistic' | EWTN News
Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa has been living in the Holy Land for over 35 years and so has seen his share of conflict and violence. But in this exclusive interview with EWTN's Colm Flynn, he says that this war is more intense in so many ways. He adds that he is hopeful a ceasefire will be reached but not optimistic, and when it comes to peace, he believes 'that train has left the station.' Cardinal Pizzaballa was appointed by Pope Francis as the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem in 2020.
