Cream the vegetable shortening and sugar together until smooth. 2. Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing well. 3. Gradually incorporate the flour until a manageable dough forms. 4. Shape into small balls or any shape you prefer. 5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden brown on the bottom.
