Uzgoj micelija bukovače za početnike (Najlakši način uzgoja micelijuma bukovače na kartonu)

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is an edible mushroom that we can grow ourselves at home. In today's video, I showed you the simplest way, which is intended for all beginners of mushroom cultivation, and in this way you can produce oyster mycelium from edible oyster mushrooms that you bought in the store. One of the most important things when trying to grow some of the edible mushrooms is the sterility of the tool's hands and the place where we reproduce the mushroom and produce mycelium. Oyster mushroom belongs to the mushroom that is grown in early spring or late autumn and the mycelium of this mushroom decays at temperatures higher than 30°C. There are various strains of oyster mushrooms and apart from being better, they also differ in the speed of mycelium growth and the required temperatures for their cultivation. The best temperature for the production of mycelium on cardboard is 20°C-24°C and this is the ideal temperature because at that temperature oyster mycelium spreads the fastest. Cultivation of oyster mushroom mycelium is only the first step in the production of oyster mushrooms, and after this step there are several more steps to the final product, which is when the mushroom fruits and we have a delicious edible mushroom that we have grown ourselves at home. There are several other ways in which we can grow oyster mushroom mycelium, but those methods require much more favorable conditions and more knowledge about oyster mushrooms. After placing the tissue on the cardboard, it is necessary to keep the jar in a warm and dark place at the temperature that I mentioned a while ago, and in about 3-4 weeks, if everything goes as planned, we will have oyster mushroom mycelium that we produced ourselves.
