Come hang out with me for a MASSIVE fall fridge cleanup and clean out before my COSTCO HAUL!! Pantry refresh and lots of meal prep and food prep included!! Rachel K BREAKFAST COOKIES: 3 ripe bananas 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter, but it’ll change the taste) A couple handfuls of chocolate chips and raisins Take 1/4 cup of mixture and plop it onto a parchment lined baking sheet and lightly shape into a round cookie shape. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins depending on your likeness of doneness GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE: https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/green-e... I used this recipe LOOSELY. Instead of green chiles, I used roasted tomatillos, roasted jalepenos and roasted onion. PEANUT BUTTER DATES: Dates Peanut butter Mini chocolate chips Pit the dates, don’t cut the date all the way through. Leave it attached like a hot dog bun. Put a light layer of peanut butter in the date. Put the dates in the Tupperware and then layer on mini chocolate chips. Freeze and enjoy whenever!
