Cubans hit with US sanctions: Families send food instead of money
The Cuban peso's one-to-one exchange rate with the US dollar is to be devalued for the first time in more than 50 years. That will hurt the already struggling island country, where the economy is mostly state-owned. Families there also face tough sanctions enforced under US President Donald Trump.
