Bissell CleanView PowerTrak (2003) Vacuum Aquisition

My new Bissell CleanView PowerTrak I got yesterday for only $25! NOTE: Since filming this I've determined the brush roll is bad. I've ordered a new brush roll and headlight for around $25, leaving the total project cost to $50, $10 less than the Dyson DC14.
