Dunlop's "XXIO" is a monster brand that has enjoyed the support of golfers since its release in 2000. The 12th generation of the brand, like its predecessor, includes the "X" series, aimed at younger users. The second-generation "XXIO X-eks-" irons are a model that combines forgiveness and sharpness. The face is made using the new, high-strength "DHA™1 Special Steel" material. The face is thinned to 2.10mm. The face features "micro laser milling" for improved drainage. The face line is designed for each club. The sole uses Srixon's acclaimed "V Sole." High-density tungsten is used in clubs 5-7 to increase the moment of inertia and stability. These irons are large for athletes, and feature a balanced, sharp shape.
