What's the Difference Between Stun Guns and Tasers?

Nakita Price, owner of 3rd Eye Watching, explains and shows the differences between stun guns and tasers. Many people use these names synonymously, but in reality, these products are two vastly different things. Stun Guns: Have to make direct contact with skin. The attacker must be close enough to touch with the stun gun. They cause the attacker to jump back, which should be long enough for you to run away. They plug into the wall to charge. They are relatively inexpensive. Tasers: They shoot out two prongs about 15 feet. These prongs embed into the skin of the attacker and affect the entire central nervous system, causing the person to drop to the ground. This disables the attacker for a longer period of time- it also allows you to keep a distance from the attacker while using your defense weapon. Tasers are more expensive. You need to buy new cartridges and replace the batteries. 3rd Eye Watching can be found online at http://www.3rdeyewatching.com or by viewing their BBB Business Profile at: https://bit.ly/3JBWtVr Visit us at: https://www.bbb.org/sacramento Find us on your favorite social platform by searching #BBBSacramento, or at: TWITTER:   / bbb_sacramento   INSTAGRAM:   / bbb.sacramento   LINKEDIN:   / bbbsacramento   FACEBOOK:   / bbb.sacramento   Subscribe to our channel at:    / @bbb.sacramento
