In this video, I demonstrate how to overhaul a common 7-speed freewheel. Included are lots of tips and tricks for disassembly, what types of damage or wear to look for, how to adjust the bearings to remove excess wobble or play within the bearings, and the reassembly process. Also a brief run-through on the differences between a wheel that uses a freewheel and the type with a freehub that uses a cassette.
