Facebook:   / bwonedotcom   Empire Avenue: http://empireavenue.com/bwone The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is an update from the original Galaxy Tab which was Samsung's first android tablet that came out above a year ago. The new Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus comes with a 1.2 GHZ dual core processor, 1 GB of RAM, Android 3.2 Honeycomb, 3 megapixel rear facing camera, 2 Megapixel front facing camera., 7 inch display with 1024x 600 resolution and includes the Peel Smart remote application for Home Theater controls. It has a much thinner and lighter design. There is still the all plastic feel but it feels like well build device. The OS upgrade to Android Honeycomb with Touch Wiz should make this a much more user-friendly tablet than the earlier version of android which was more phone centric and shoe horned in to work with tablets my manufactures. I would have liked to have seen better cameras but since this lower in their Galaxy Tab lineup I can see why they have a 2 MP front facing camera and a 3 MP rear facing camera. We will put this tablet through our usual paces and give you our review but for now check out the unboxing, hands-on and first impressions video below.
