Inside the Moscow Ring Road there may be beauty and in general "how the capital has become more beautiful under Sobyanin", but in the new districts there is complete hell and a whole set of urban development problems. Nekrasovka is a good example of this. Here, in place of aeration fields (this is the treatment of sewage), huge blocks of identical houses-human anthills were built, and parking was laid out around them. Instead of streets there are highways, instead of greenery - dust and dirt, instead of a cozy courtyard - a passable place, and so on. But with its own metro... which goes past the center and repeats all possible design errors. The district is actively being built up despite all the transport, social and urban development problems.
