What are we cooking today? Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter softened 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 2 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 cups blueberries 2 tbls. sugar for top of muffins Oven 375 Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla and milk Mix flour, baking soda , salt and add to wet ingredients fold in blueberries Do not over mix bake 25-30 minutes Let cool before removing from pan
