DIY How To Disassemble A Magnetron
I had a defective magnetron (shorted burned connector) so I decided to disassemble it for the two ferrite ring magnets. Caution must be taken to avoid harming the pink insulators on the tube as they could be made of beryllium oxide, which is hazardous if inhaled as dust from a broken insulator.
